The material and design with colour and everything is according to the image show on the website, at this price its an ok product does the job of support neck and the fit is also ok. If anyone is thinking of buying it for just casual comfort at low price then this is a good choice.Material used is also good as its a faux leather so quality is ok. Overall a decent purchase at this price. (If you want a very good experience then go for some different neck pillow at high price if you want premium feeling)

Quality, Material, Durability and Better apperance
Worst packaging. There was only a transparent cover. Not even a plastic one. Just one transparent tape was covered to cover theis transparent cover. The material was good. Happy about the cost. For medium people, it is really valuable for your money. You have an option to change the cotton as the car neck rest pillow has a zip facility. If you are not happy with the thickness, add more cotton as you like. Worth buying for medium family.

No buy - cant return - Bad chemical odour out of box
It smells so bad. The faux leather neck rest has a very strong and unpleasant chemical smell right out of the box. The odour is so overpowering that it's difficult to use the product comfortably. I hope the manufacturer addresses this issue, as it significantly affects the overall experience.
