This works better than I could have hoped for, only draw back is the length of time it runs for.

The item is a bit flimsy. I’ve ordered three. The first one I broke just from it being flimsy, my fault. The second one died after less than a week of use, I did decide to try a third one and after about three weeks of use that Wood just completely died as well. Invest in something better made.

The item arrived reasonably promptly and it works as described. Good value, and -other- vendors of some similar units claim they cannot ship to us!

It is very tight, and does not massage. It shocks like a tens unit. It causes way more pain, nit because of the shocks themselves, but because of I guess where the shocks are. It caused major nerve pain from my neck to the tip of my fingers and down my back all the way to my toes on my left side. It gave me a severe headache. It's awful. I had to give it one star because zero stars is not an option. Total waste of money. Update: The company reached out to us after my review and offered a full refund. They also asked me to test out a new product. They are suppose to send it to me. If I receive it, and it's better, I will update. I will up my stars to 3 for great customer service. If the new product is great, I'll add more.

Gives a decent enough massage, of course not as good as a human, but I think it helps me. I'm an average size guy, and the fit is a little tight. Maybe that's necessary for the full effect. Putting a little pressure on the device, like laying down with the massager between me and the arm of the sofa really enhances the massaging effect.

I guess people don’t read the instructions when first opening the Box and before operating it, because I asked if it needs to be moistened or not and several people answered no lol…but yes you need some kind of liquid or best if you have gel in order for the nodes to make the the electrical pulse in the muscles. First time you must charge it 4 hours. I used arnica gel on the nodes for better electric pulse and it’s amazing. The heat works wonderfully and the vibration feels great as well combined with the shock it’s a wonderful relief for my neck tension and headaches. I love that it has a built in timer but it does get hot rather quickly so beware of any necklaces or jewelry that comes in contact with it. It’s easy to use and easy to clean and it’s lightweight. So remember to charge and then use a gel and you won’t be disappointed. I also love that it has a C charger port. The cable has the usb on one end and c on the other.

I had hope this would help with some of my migraines, but it barely operates as it doesn't fit correctly on your neck. Great idea, not a good execution of the product.

Scrivo ugualmente una recensione nonostante costretta a rendere il prodotto perché il collare era stretto e fastidioso.. ottimo imballo ha istruzioni Provato scalda e ha una buona azione massaggiante... Reso perché x me il collare lo sento stretto. Diventava. Fastidioso.. 😫 dispiaciuta.
