Neck Massager with Heat, Cordless Protable for Pain Relief,for Women

I guess people don’t read the instructions when first opening the Box and before operating it, because I asked if it needs to be moistened or not and several people answered no lol…but yes you need some kind of liquid or best if you have gel in order for the nodes to make the the electrical pulse in the muscles. First time you must charge it 4 hours. I used arnica gel on the nodes for better electric pulse and it’s amazing. The heat works wonderfully and the vibration feels great as well combined with the shock it’s a wonderful relief for my neck tension and headaches. I love that it has a built in timer but it does get hot rather quickly so beware of any necklaces or jewelry that comes in contact with it. It’s easy to use and easy to clean and it’s lightweight. So remember to charge and then use a gel and you won’t be disappointed. I also love that it has a C charger port. The cable has the usb on one end and c on the other.

I had one of these I loved for 5 years used it all the time. This one had problems from the start. Turns off after 10 seconds of use. The charger doesn't fit in right. Have to wiggle it to work. It just got worse and worse. I should have returned it buy I got rid of the box. Do not waste your money on this.

The item arrived reasonably promptly and it works as described. Good value, and -other- vendors of some similar units claim they cannot ship to us!

It is very tight, and does not massage. It shocks like a tens unit. It causes way more pain, nit because of the shocks themselves, but because of I guess where the shocks are. It caused major nerve pain from my neck to the tip of my fingers and down my back all the way to my toes on my left side. It gave me a severe headache. It's awful. I had to give it one star because zero stars is not an option. Total waste of money. Update: The company reached out to us after my review and offered a full refund. They also asked me to test out a new product. They are suppose to send it to me. If I receive it, and it's better, I will update. I will up my stars to 3 for great customer service. If the new product is great, I'll add more.

It does what you need it for,my BFF has a little trouble figuring it out.heat is ok,a good value.

This works better than I could have hoped for, only draw back is the length of time it runs for.

It is an ok value for being under $10. It seams to have an average 2 hour battery life, but some serious defects. It is kind of hard to use as if you are not holding it flat to your neck it turns off. This means you need both hand pulling on it. The heat function is not workable. Overall, I will be replacing this thing ASAP.
