Great taste if you like spearmint
This has a spearmint taste and I like it. My wife is a more peppermint person. It taste great and hopefully kills the bacteria. I have been told by my dentist years ago that I have reseeding gums. They haven’t yelled at me lately so hopefully it is working.

Great product
I love this product. I'm 65 years old. I have always take care of my teeth. I became alarmed when I was running my tongue over my teeth one day and I noticed my gums had begun to receded. I asked my dentist about slowing the process. He gave me 2 options. The first was an expensive procedure, the second option was try parodontax. I opted for the second option. Glad I did! I use it everyday.
