No longer! Then place it in the rotisserie for 15 minutes per pound! If, when you look at it it looks light color add 15-20 minutes ! ALWAYS USE MEAT THERMOMETER! Chicken has to be 165* F also rest it on clean plate when done for 15-20 minutes and that will raise temp also 5-10 *F ! It will be perfect if you do these steps!!
