Great size for carrying about. Full page per day to allow for all that you do in one day to be written.It appears sturdy.It was very inexpensive, and my only tiny moan. is it lack blank pages at the back to keep passwords ,employee number,things to do with work, that make your brain fizz if you had to just try and remember them.
