this for sure helps me sweat but if you pair it with their sweat band then it will work even better. I have tried it with and without the sweat band and i think it works good either way. I usually don’t sweat much while working out but when i use this i notice a huge difference. I definitely recommend this product.

I love this stuff! The Vanilla scent is my favorite so far! It is easy to put on and works like a giant glue stick! With the most recent one I received, there does seem to be a problem bringing more out the top. The twist cap on the bottom comes off when I spin it. If I push it in and spin at the same time however, then it works just fine.

I had high expectations for this product, but unfortunately it didn’t do anything for me. While the gel itself applies smoothly and isn’t sticky, I didn’t notice any difference in my workout performance or sweating compared to exercising without it. The idea of promoting extra sweat or water weight loss feels overhyped. Any sweating seemed normal for a workout, not something enhanced by the product. Overall, it didn’t add value to my routine, and I don’t feel it’s worth the price. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I was really hoping to like this product. It does make the areas it's applied to sweat and it smells great. I bought the vanilla. However, I won't be using it again due to the extreme difficulty in washing it off. I washed the application areas with Dawn twice and then used a combination of body gel, body scrub and soap to finally get rid of the greasy feeling. Too much effort for me to want to continue using it.

I was skeptical about this product, but when I combined it with the sweat band, it definitely produced more sweat. Scent is pleasant as a bonus (vanilla).
