Works perfectly, dog loves them!
It’s expensive to get the dog clipped regularly so buying a set of Wahl clippers seemed like a good idea. This set is easy to use (we also got extra Coombs) on our cockapoo. They are very quiet, low vibration and just right. The flex is nice and long, the clippers have a pleasing weight and operation is easy.

Excellent clippers, easy to use
Used on a very overgrown standard poodle coat, very impressed. The grooming wasn’t great but that was down to me not the clippers. Really surprised how well they went through this very curly and occasionally matted coat.

Wahl clippers v curly Cockerpoo hair - you lose
I bought these Wahl clippers to update my old Wahl clippers thinking the design might now be able to cope with curly Cockerpoo hair. I need to clear the hair from the teeth for every stroke. So while it is easy to use and robust, I’m not sure it is value for money.

Not a huge Step up from cheap £20 clippers.
I was expecting these to be a huge step up from some cheapo £20 clippers, but they aren't. They struggle to cut through my cockapoo and need to keep stopping to pull hair out of the blades.I think you need to be spending >£150 for a decent set.They feel solid though and confident they'll last for a long time.
