I use a 10W blade to body clip horses, I find them plenty powerful enough, even clipping thick and less than well prepared winter coats. The batteries are quick to charge, and having 2 batteries means you never run out of power - the day the clippers arrived I clipped 3 horses in a row after charging the batteries for an hour. The clippers are really quiet, so ideal for nervous horses, easy and light to hold, and having no cable makes them safe to use and less worrying around horses. I've also used them with the 10 blade they come with to clip a thick dog coat, and to trim horse hoof hairlines and more delicate areas. The blades are easy to change. My only complaint is that these clippers don't come in a carrying case for taking out to stables, but they fit nicely in my previous clippers case along with oil and brush so not a problem for me.
