I bought two of these. One is going dull and cuts me now, and on the other the battery stopped charging after 15 months. They give a QR code to register the product for the extended warranty (which I didn't do). I figured they would honor it anyway since it's an $80 body hair trimmer that just upped and died a little after a year. Nope. Contacted support and they said they don't support the Amazon purchases past 1 year and their awesome solution was to just buy a new one.

They advertise a very smooth, clean shave, and that’s just never what I get. I also have coarse and thick hair in the bikini area and my legs so it doesn’t help ig. But still, I definitely expected more from such an expensive product

I am a woman, and have used the Meridian Trimmer Plus on my whole body. It worked great to trim all body hair, leaving no cuts or ingrowns. I liked the battery life and built in light. However, a year after I purchased the trimmer, the charger stopped working. Nothing I tried work. Now, my trimmer is out of charge and it’s just a piece of junk in my bathroom. I’ve tried reaching out to customer support, but I can’t find any contact information. If they could send me a new charger for free, I would change my review to 5 stars. I genuinely liked the trimmer.

This trimmer fits seamlessly into my routine — clean, simple, and built for actual use — exactly where you want to use it! It feels light in the hand, but the grip and build are solid. The size is dialed in: compact enough for precision, but not so small that it feels flimsy. The matte black finish fits my aesthetic, and more importantly, it delivers — smooth trimming without tugging or irritation. I use mine head to toe without issue. Battery life holds up well and recharges quickly. The clipper head doesn’t snap on — it slides into place depending on your preferred length setting, which I prefer since it minimizes the chance of it slipping off mid-trim. To prevent water spots, I applied a hydrocoating protectant (Drip) — worth it, as it still looks flawless even after a shower. One reviewer called the blades "plastic". They are supposed to be ceramic and I assume they are. But this Trimmer Plus seems to be basically the same as the original, with just a few extra attachments, like a stand, that I don't think are worth the price. I should have just got the original. It doesn't shave super close but it's not expected to. It's intended to be primarily for comfort. I expect I will even use it sometimes on my face before using my regular shaver. Over weekends, especially long weekends, I tend to be lazy about shaving and then my face hair is on the long side. And my regular shaver is irritating when shaving long facial hair. So I can use this first. As far as body shaving, it worked with no irritation. So I am reasonably happy. But I should have saved money with the original.

Trimmer came with plastic coating on when opened left glue residue that wont clear (goo gone) used and no benifit came

Excellent product and great for walking in

Firstly it has an ergonomic handle that fits great. The unit seems very robust and yet is relatively small in stature. Comes with a variety of colours to pick from and it's waterproof making it effortless to clean I had already purchased the lower end model but it didn't have the guards I required but I could tell it was a well made trimmer. This version comes with an adjustable low profile guard that has 1mm-4mm settings. It's the best trimmer I've owned regarding nicks and cuts and just in general It has an easy USB C charging base and expected 90 minute run time. I would estimate that's fairly accurate as I only charged it a handful of times and have never had it die on me during operation Absolutely great unit and supposedly backed with a good warranty for peace of mind
