Give it a day.
Agree with other reviews. After a day or so taking this, I have very good results. Hives cleared up and no drowsiness. First day not so much leading some to say it doesn't work, but it does.

Best pills ever!
I have very sensitive skin and certain things can easily make me itch plus I break out in hives when stressed. These pills work so great! They quickly make itch or flare-ups go away. They're also great to prevent too a flare up. These pills are so great that now my mother has started to buy them too! I highly recommend them!!
