Comfort Counts
I'm so glad I purchased this chair! Unlike a standard desk chair, the ability to push the arms up out of the way and the large back cushion, which also can flip back and away, are really nice features. Sitting at a desk all day is tough on the body so all options to change position are definitely worth it. The chair assembled easily - I did it my self. I chose the cream fabric which lightens the office as well. 5 stars!

Pretty comfy chair!
I got the 27" wide seat and so far so good! I'm always sitting cross-legged so this was perfect and definitely lots of room to move around and get comfy. It is slightly on the higher side in the lowest setting but it doesn't bother me as much as I thought it would. I don't find myself crouching over my desk (I'm 5'0" though). Chair seems sturdy and well made and I like that you can move the armrests however way you want. The seat is on the firmer side (slightly firmer than your standard black office chair) but feels like it provides ample support. I don't find my back or bum hurts from it being too firm, I think it's perfect. I also like the aesthetic and not an eyesore. Fabric feels nice but can easily stain if you're not careful.

Great chair
My wife loves to sit at her desk with her legs crossed and we had searched for a while for a home office chair that would let her do this without feeling squished. This chair is firm and comfortable, and wide enough to allow her to sit however she pleases. Heck, I have a Herman Miller Aeron (which I love) but I almost wanted to trade it with my wife :D

I wished I could have given it a 10 instead of only a 5,
It was always so hard for me to find a comfortable chair because of my back. And then, I found this one. It is so comfy. It really protects my back. You should try it. Thank you for an excellent service.

Terrible product
Really disappointed to have paid so much for this chair and to have received a defective product. One of the screws won’t go all the way in and is now stuck. I’ve tried everything to get it out and Amazon has said they won’t send me a replacement if I’m not able to disassemble the chair and send it back. The company has not been helpful so I guess I’m just stuck with this defective chair. Buyer beware
