Review: Easy to clean and stay clean - Nice size. I used to own a smaller, all silver one, it got grease caked on and hard to keep it clean. This is a great size, some coating on the pan makes it so easy to keep it grease and stain free. At first it took me a bit to get used to inside of the pan being black and sometimes hard to see the doneness of the food, but it is fine and am so pleased with this item. A bit expensive but the quality is excellent.

Nice size. I used to own a smaller, all silver one, it got grease caked on and hard to keep it clean. This is a great size, some coating on the pan makes it so easy to keep it grease and stain free. At first it took me a bit to get used to inside of the pan being black and sometimes hard to see the doneness of the food, but it is fine and am so pleased with this item. A bit expensive but the quality is excellent.
