It is a complex bit of kit, but the well-packaged components together with clear instructions made assembly quite easy. It is much better than I expected for the price.

This equipment was very good. Easy to put together comfortably seat and easy to use. That was the problem. The resistance on the highest setting wasn't very good. My husband is 58 just wanted something to use to keep moving but he could actually pull it with just two fingers. I have bad shoulders but could still use it so be mindful who will be using it.

The machine itself is very sturdy and great for the taller person. I am 6ft 1 and find I can row quite comfortably. The issue I have is with the poor design of the folding mechanism. It does not consider the wire which connects to the counter and is very easy to trap the wire when folding and unfolding. Consequently even though I was being very careful the connection has already been severed. I will keep using the machine as I like it very much but I will have to time myself using my phone.

My Rowing Machine arrived next day. As requested I read all of the instructions before attempting to assemble my Rowing machine. The instructions were very good in the fact that everything was numbered, but I still found it was a good idea to familiarise yourself with all the different pieces before assembly. There is one problem I have identified with the wiring connection along the tubular frame were you plug the two connectors to the display. It didn't matter how hard I tried when I folded the seat up it disconnected the plug in the end I have left the seat down in the horizontal position, other than that I am very pleased with it. If it hadn't been for the problem with the wire connection I would have given it all five star's.

This product is exactly what I wanted. It's extremely sturdy but also very lightweight and easy to move around. It only took a few minutes to assemble. Extremely happy with it.

The delivery was brilliant, the delivery man brought the heavy package up to the third floor for this I give 5 stars. In terms of storage and assemble its good. However, there is no resistance, the resistance at the most difficult level is so low that it seems it was made for a seven year old child. Also, I am 5'5 so rather short and I would say anyone taller than me could struggle with their knees on this machine. I did 1/2 hour the first day it said I burnt 700 calls but it was easy I would say for me even though I am not that fit.

I have found this so useful for so many exercises. Let me say firstly that I don't actually use it for rowing as it hurts my lower back. I don't think this is the machine, more my back. But, I have found so many different uses for it. I stand it up vertically against the wall (and attach it), in the shed, and this is how I keep it. I use it for tricep pull downs. I also lie on my back, and pull the cord toward chest (as in an arm rowing action). I sit on a tool box, with my back to the machine and pull it down with my arms from overhead. Sometimes I put it flat on the floor, in the traditional way, and just do the leg rowing action holding the seat with my hands. This gives a great leg workout. This thing is so versatile. It is a multi gym if you have an area where you can put it vertically against a wall and attach it to the wall. I have put a hook in the wall and attach it either side of the machine (on the levers you use to adjust the resistance) with bungee elastic cable from Halfords/Amazon. The manufacturers are missing a trick just selling this as a rowing machine. I use it almost everyday for one exercise or another.

What a great product, easy to assemble and use in the privacy of your own home

I searched Amazon for a low cost, small footprint, light weight machine - but one that simulated real rowing. I was not looking for a machine to test maximum endurance, but one that would be easy set up and use while watching TV. Something to get me off the couch and alleviate some guilt. This machine is perfect. Easy to set up and light weight to store. Very quiet - how noisy is it to stretch a rubber band. The digital monitor is useless. I didn't bother to connect it, as my Fitbit does a real job of monitoring time, heart rate, and calorie burn. Used if for about a month now and think it's great. Easy to get into calorie burn, and even cardio, as monitored by my Fitbit. I'm sure this is a personal preference but the rowing action that engages your legs, arms, and mid section is easier to maintain over long periods without concentration than on a treadmill or stationary bike. I expect to use it for a long time as not much can go wrong except for the rubber band. Hopefully that could be replaced if necessary.

Arrived this afternoon and spent around 45 min to assemble it. The item comes with good packaging as this is shipped from SG warehouse. The instruction for assembling looks complicated but when you put hands on it is easy as most of the items are grouped together in advance and you would just need to follow them to put together. One thing to be careful is that there is a wire connector which might block the way when you try to fold the machine. Try to fit this wire connector properly and not to have it stuck the folding process. The instruction on the transport is a bit misleading as there is no wheel and you simply can not roll the machine along. You have to lift it to move it. The tenshion force comes from the elastic rope which looks solid. I hope it would last long. If this breaks the machine would render useless.

This product is amazing. Very easy to put together. Readable instructions step-by-step heavy duty steel nice looking component highly recommend price was amazing. Love the foldable feature easy to put in a corner.
