Ingredients Oatmeal, water, unhydrogenated palm shortening, sesame seeds, linseeds, poppy seeds, coriander, mustard seed, raising agent: baking powder, low sodium sea salt. Review: I am a regular eater of these usually very good oat cakes - But this time they were nasty!! well to be fair one box was eatable. The quality for these were so bad I through half of them away. I regularly by these oat cakes and really like them but this batch the consistenty was different they were hard and over baked with hardly any seeds in them, one box had small bits of grit or class am not sure which.
