Taste good to me, but too expensive. Haven't notice me gaining weight after over a month of drinking.

It has a great flavor. It does not cause stomach discomfort. It is excellent quality but they run out so sometimes it’s hard to get and I can see why it runs out.

This requires a blender to mix with whatever liquid you use. I tried milk and almond milk. It will not mix in otherwise and the blender is hard to clean after. My GI system was not happy either, even though I started out in small quantities. I really love the taste and would like the extra protein and carbs, but it's not going to work for me, I guess. Just the cleanup hassle is enough to make me forget about it.

I ordered this for my boyfriend. He has a hyperthyroid and unf was forgetting to eat right to compensate for that, plus walking between places and was looking pretty boney last few months. He has gained 30lbs in the last month or a little more, using this with milk and supplementing with "very high calorie" Boost's plus really remembering to eat. Plus he is pretty picky and loves the chocolate flavor.
