These are really nice pans and exactly what I was looking for. They’re not flimsy at all — the aluminum is a good thickness, feels solid in the hand, and holds its shape well even at higher baking temperatures. The set is a great value for the quality you get with multiple sizes they don’t have an issue with being sticky and they work great. Everything cooks evenly, cleans easily, and they seem like they’re going to last a very long time with normal use. I’d absolutely buy these again.

I love these sheet pans. They have a nice weight to them and heat evenly. They have not warped at all at high temps. Was the finish flawless when they arrived? No. But that doesn't affect how well they work. A good pan doesn't need to look perfect. I seasoned them in the oven with a little oil before use as you would do with a cast iron skillet and they have been been performing very well. Virtually non-stick with no need to use foil. Anything that does remain washes off easily with a little soap and warm water. Sheet pans are supposed to turn a nice golden brown as they season. Do not expect them to stay silver!

These are good, sturdy pans, holding up well for baking, and thick enough to distribute heat evenly and not bend under heavy loads. They are NOT the thin flimsy things you sometimes get from discount suppliers. Only suggestion is for Nordic Ware to wrap them individually in paper packaging. The set of three comes stuck together with rubber cement, holding pans in place but not well enough to provide separation. My new pans came with scrapes where they made contact. I don’t care, but a kitchenware perfectionist might be disappointed.

These baking sheets work great! They are a great price and do exactly what they are supposed to. Love the difference sizes you get. No complaints — I would definitely recommend them.

These are great sheet pans for baking or whatever you would use a sheet pan for they are a lot of options. They’re made right here in the USA!! they are sturdy they clean very nice which you have to wash by hand but they clean right up it heats real evenly and you get three different sizes which is so nice

I love mine!! Even baking from corner to corner! Whether U use spray grease or parchment paper, easy clean up!!!

I bought this set to replace an old, warped, ugly looking set of sheet pans that had more than done their duty. I bought them based on positive reviews, and a recommendation from America's Test Kitchen. If you don't already know, many of their product reviews are available on YouTube. As the ATK review indicated, these were heavy duty and resistant to warping. There was no indication of any unevenness in the heat distribution. Relative to the nonstick pans they replaced, these were a bit more of a chore to clean. I baked bagels in two batches, one using parchment paper, and the other where I oiled the pan. Using the nonstick pans flipping the bagels was a snap; they released from the pan. The bagels stuck to the Nordic Ware pans at the edges of the parchment-paper-lined tray, and the small batch cooked on an oiled sheet stuck like crazy. There are other reviews, one for the USA brand that would suggest that that brand is better with regard to food sticking. I will make adjustments as I adjust to using these pans. Overall, I am glad that I bought them. As at least one other reviewer pointed out, the stamped in logo seems unnecessary, and could in some situations be annoying. I don't need the emblem in a piece of polenta that I am going to fry or grill. As for a caution, I bake and cook a lot, and so after many years your hands become a bit like potholders. When I was baking, I did use doubled up potholders to remove the pan from the oven, but I had to hold the pan a few extra seconds as I moved a pot to provide a space. The heavier edges have more thermal mass, and they are very good at transferring heat through your potholders to your hands. I ended up getting a burn and blisters. That was a first. So, when you use these the first time, depending on what you used before, just be extra cautious, especially if you have little helpers. As with other aspects of using these pans, I will adjust.

I bought these after watching the America's Test Kitchen review and I'm very happy I did. They won't warp at all since they're made of decently thick aluminium and they seem to be really easy to clean because they're so smooth. I haven't got any patina built up yet so I can't comment on how easy they'll be to clean long term but I can't see any problems so far. They're very sturdy and they sides are just the right height to allow decent air flow around your food but also contain mess. I can genuinely say my roast potatos were crispier and easier to turn; aluminium is a better heat conducter than steel so that helps with even cooking and seems to mitigate some sticking.

Excellent baking pans, very happy with how they hold up and are easy to clean (especially when using aluminum foil). I purchased these on special at $56.66 on August 5, 2024.

Got it during Prime Day. The set was good since it came in 3 sizes. Didn't expect the jelly sheet to be so big. Thankfully, it was just the maximum size for my oven. Product looks good, used it once, no complaints so far. Looking forward to using it more often.

Added these to my sheet collection and what a breeze. I always use parchment paper and never have to scrub them. Definately a great price on Amazon. Ive looked at these same pans elsewhere and they were expensive
