Very sturdy construction with 4 sets of cables and remote controller, working perfect with my solar panels. 4 AC receptacles are very useful to connect different devices in the same time . I visited their website and I do agree with what they've said,they did a great job to lower down the temperatue of interior components cause I could touch the two sides of inverter without any fears not like my previous inverter (very hot and almost dare not touch it ) . Another pro, the coolers are both load-controlled and temperatue controlled ,exactly same as their description . I do love their quality till now.

Pooxtra 2000W Pure Sine Wave Power Inverter 4 AC Receptacles Dual USB Ports 12V DC to 110V 120V AC Car Inverter with Remote Control and LED Display (Surge 4000Watts) This product failed after 16 hours of use - I use an inverter for my oxygen accumulator when the power goes out - and use it for nothing else (350 watts ) - a real disappointment, and waste of money .Addendum - I can not contact either the support link , nor the exchange and refund link - so I guess I'll just write this one off as wasted money .

Received the inverter quickly and it seems to be of great quality. I tested it and all seems fine. Very quiet unless under a fairly high load. My only complaint (hence the four stars) is that only one side has notches for mounting screws. The installation manual indicates that there should be four but there are only two notches on one side meaning that I will have to drill or notch some on my own which will probably cause a warrantee problem if it ever needs servicing or it proves defective. Really, how hard would it have been to notch both sides so it could be mounted easily and quickly?

This item has failed to work after its third use. I would like to exchange or return this product but can not locate contact info to make this happen.

after 6 month use this smoke came from red colour switch area on side panel!No more working

This thing is junk. Worked for two minutes, seller could care less
