Tasty but not stinky
Kimchi comes in all forms, and some I tried drove my wife and the cats out the house cos it was so potent (fermented fish). This one has a nice balance, not stinky, not too hot, well-rounded flavor. U can keep it in the fridge without suffering a shock when u open the door.

Great taste...but got hives from eating it
Beware!!! I loved the flavor but I broke out in hives within an hour after eating this kimchi. It tasted great, had a nice spicy level, and it was very fresh, but the doctor said it must have had an unusually high level of histamines. I love kimchi and have eaten it many times, but this particular brand is the only one that gave me a skin reaction. Thankfully, it wasn't the type of reaction that restricted my breathing, it just caused bumpy red blotches on my skin shortly after eating it. Steroids and antihistamines cleared it up in a few days, but if you have sensitivity to histamines, then please be careful before trying this kimchi.
