Piccasso brushes use natural henna dye, not industrial dyes. Some initial color bleeding may occur, but it will stop after 3–4 washes.

My brush has a strong smell.

Since Piccasso brushes are made from natural hair without chemical processing, they may have a slight scent. The henna dye can also cause a temporary smell, but it will fade naturally over time.

My brush is shedding hair.

Light shedding is normal at first. To minimize it, wash with lukewarm water and a brush cleanser, then dry with the bristles facing downward to protect the glue from moisture.
