Nice fit, durable Ford door handle
These fit correctly on the 2001 Ford Explorer and look to be more durable than the OEM exterior door handles. Not super easy to install but worth the time.

Finally a metal handle
I hate Ford, fragile plastic handle that breaks every time the door is iced up and frozen. Finally someone made a handle with a metal lever. Enough said, you have one of these stupid trucks then get these son

Wasn't hard to do. Installed about month ago. No problems what so ever

Could be better
The handle that was metal is great. It was a little difficult to install. The part that mounts to the door frame is made of plastic and will does break. For the money it's an adequate product. I had to make a fee adjustments to make it fit right. The price is right for the performance of the door handles.
