VERY good quality and it is strong compression. I got a 3x (normally Im a 2x) and it was perfectly on the last hook. I have been wearing under clothes ALL day and it doesn't budge or roll down. It is also surprisingly comfortable. I think I was caught off guard that I would be impressed.You can even see the curve of the waist in the back picture. This is definitely a good buy. I would size up but that depends also on how you carry your weight. This feels GREAT on my back!
