I bought the SONGMICS dumbbells to upgrade my home workout routine, and I’m really happy with them. The neoprene coating feels comfortable to grip, even during longer sessions, and it prevents slipping if your hands get a bit sweaty. The hexagon shape is also super practical—no rolling around when I set them down, which is perfect for floor exercises like push-up rows. The build quality is excellent: solid, well-balanced, and the coating protects both the dumbbells and my floor. They’re also quiet compared to metal dumbbells, which makes them ideal for apartment workouts. Great hand weights that are heavy enough not to be too heavy but sufficient for most strengthening exercises for women and men alike. They are small enough to store and use in the home. They could also go with you to the gym. They are not too expensive and are made well in a durable plastic covering.

Very nice quality. The design is basic but I like that. They look smart and are a nice colour. Comfortable to grip and the weights are true to the description. Perfect for use within a home gym.

It seems ok. The coating is nice, kind of soft, rubbery, feels comfortable when holding. I read some reviews that it can peel after some time of use, but I hope it won't. I am happy with my purchase.

Great weights that fit snugly in my small hands for a man. I have used 2 small bottles of water in the past but decided to splash some cash to get the proper weights. These 0.5 kilo weights are heavier than the water but not too much so although there is a difference it's not too much. I'm not trying to build up muscle, just trying to get fitter for an operation I am having on 26th March 2026. If you buy these as the size of weights you want then you won't be disappointed. Trevor

Manubri superconsigliati e di ottima qualità! Con il loro rivestimento in neoprene risultano morbidi (il giusto, non troppo soffici) ed offrono un'ottima presa durante gli esercizi, non scivolando via dalle mani nel caso sudino. La loro forma esagonale poi, assieme al rivestimento antiscivolo, li tiene saldi in posizione ovunque li poggiate senza la preoccupazione che rotolino via come invece succede con i manubri a disco. Decisamente un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo! Mi raccomando, il neoprene non va tanto d'accordo con alcool e detergenti aggressivi che alla lunga potrebbero rovinarlo e farlo diventare appiccicoso. Quando pulite/lavate i manubri fatelo quindi con saponi o salviette neutre!
