Garlic Maestro Garlic Press

✫ Since I so rarely cook, I wanted to invest the l smallest I could into a garlic crusher. My husband, the credentialed chef, refuses to use it; but I, who dabbles in making salad dressings, was super pleased with it.✫ Feels hefty and sturdy in my hand.✫ The part that sinks into the hole and pushes the garlic down is stationary. I remember this moved back and forth on my mother's many, many years ago. Don't know if that's a perk or problem, but I didn't have any issues.✫ Not stainless steel. It never claimed to be but I was kinda hoping it still would be. It's made out of a very heavy metal that looks like it might have been painted a brushed nickel color.✫ I had no intention of using the silcone peeler but gave it a shot before I threw it out. Oh my god, don't know why I never caved in and bought one of these years ago. In seconds, cloves are perfectly peeled. Even the husband that hates trendy gadgets was like, "ok, that's actually pretty cool!"

This is a superb garlic press!!! I have owned many garlic presses in my many years of cooking, and I have found that this one is easy to use and easy to clean. The outer husk is easy to remove with the husk remover, always a plus to have something extra included in a purchase. I highly recommend this product!! I give it five stars.

This garlic press really is as easy to clean as they claim. My old garlic press was torture to clean. The peeler worked pretty well on older, drier garlic, but not as well on a really fresh clove.

Omg. This is such a great value! I have had other garlic presses that felt cheap, this is well made and heavy. It's more than i could have EVER asked for.
