I’m size 40ff what size should I Have

It depends on what size top you take , I take a size 26 so order a 3xl hope this helps as they are the most comfortable bra I’ve ever had

What size do i need to order if I am 34E?

Hi. It is difficult to say but probably go up a back size. I used to be 32d and am now wearing 36c as I can't bear anything tight. Hope that's helpful. I also found Royce bras very good.
