It kicks in within 30 minutes, tastes great, and gives me SUPER concentration! It’s always a little gritty at the bottom, but I also drink it within a few minutes of mixing. Gives me extreme energy and focus for at least 3 hours. **I wouldn’t recommend this for people who are caffeine or stimulant sensitive.**

I have tried to quite a few different pre-workouts ranging in cost from affordable ones like these, and the ones that are over $40, and I can't say I really noticed a huge difference between them. I don't take pre-workout every single time I work out, I save it for when I need it, that way it will always be effective. This one contains 320 mg of caffeine, but if you're sensitive the caffeine, you might want to cut the dose in half. It does only require one scoop, and one scoop is good for 6 oz of water. The flavor is decent, I have no complaints with it. It also contains 3.2 g of beta alanine, 3 g of L-citrulline, and 1812 mg of electrolyte matrix. So overall it does work for energy, I also noticed better focus when I'm using it, it tastes decent, and it mixes fine.

This is the best pre workout I’ve tried. First off, the flavor is amazing which makes it really easy to go down and there are no uncomfortable side effects. It really does boost my performance when I do extremely intense workouts, allowing me to do harder for longer periods of time.

The taste isn’t overpowering. Usually I have to water down my pre-workout but this one has great flavor. The powder dissolves easily in water even with a scoop of my creatine too. I’ve used this pre workout multiple times and it doesn’t make me feel super jittery. I get a good workout and feel refreshed after and not shaky. For the price, this is a great product

Flavor isn’t bad, but not Bomb-Pop flavor…more like a blue-raspberry. It does contain Sucralose, so b advised. You can tell it’s an artificial sweetener. It has the familiar feeling/excess sweetness. I have a sensitivity to artificial sweeteners, so I noticed some abdominal discomfort. I don’t notice any “tingling” sensation in the veins or under the skin, but does give a bunch of energy for a few hours. Also contains maltodextrin…which is its own concern.
