I have been a practitioner of Nichiren Buddhism for almost 11 years, and I can tell you that when I began reading this particular book (started with this one first), I knew that many more layers of understanding were coming my way.Yukio and Susan have truly delivered by presenting their own testing, analysis, and tangible evidence that the practice of chanting Nam Myoho Renge Kyo, and the energetic frequency it creates that interacts very *physically* with the quantum realm of reality (that part blew my mind), is something worth exploring on a deeper level.I took away a few very key things from this book:1) Our thoughts, words and actions are all energy, and the things we think and feel are energetic signatures attracting like frequencies.2) Quantum physics is mind blowing and explains very profoundly why chanting, and aligning oneself on a frequency level with the "energetic signature of an enlightened state," taps into all potentialities that exist within the largely empty space between all measurable matter in the cosmos.3) Chanting is a physical and meditative practice and changes your own vibrations and makes the universe respond in accordance with your vibration. Their piece regarding the chakras/energy centers of the body was incredible.I am a nurse, and therefore have a scientific tendency in my way of understanding the world.
