Better than Kryonaught paste when you consider heat pump effects!
I decided to try this out as I was having to replace the thermal paste (Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut) every 3-4 month due to the heat pump effect from the heat cycling of the PC when powered on and off, as the paste got squeezed out temps on the CPU would creep up and it was annoying as heck. Installed this today and immediately got the same or slightly better temps than with the Kryonaut paste, and no more drying out/pumped out paste to worry about! As a side note you do have to be careful cutting this stuff, it's quite brittle in certain directions, you can see that by the grain, so cut along the grain where possible. I had to take a 5mm strip off one edge cause of the width being shorter than the length on Intel 12th gen chips. If you take your time, it's a doddle and I'd say well worth it, should be stable temps now and less maintenance (x fingers). My system runs a 12700k @ 5.4Ghz OC, and an RTX3090 (in a fairly tight case) both of which are water-cooled with EVGA AIO's, but the CPU could get quite hot once the paste started degrading, this so far has sorted that problem, but be careful this stuff is conductive, and will cause shorts if you're not careful about cutting it! As mentioned, it’s quite brittle, so don’t let any shards break off onto the motherboard, you may find the magic smoke makes an appearance when you thought everything was running just fine ;), some comments seem to suggest this has happened to people, so take your time and do it right! Update: 3 Months in, and happy to report, no degradation in temps up to now, great investment. Update: 12 Months on, still getting the same temps as I'd get during summer when using paste, other than hoovering dust off filters on the case I haven't had to take the CPU off at all in that time!, Buying another sheet to do my GPS next ;), wish me luck.

Great for Laptop GPU
Using this on my Laptop GPU and it is amazing. Temperatures aren't getting above 62C when they used to be high 70's with paste. I couldn't get it working with my laptop CPU because my heatsink doesn't make tight enough contact.

Fixed hotspot delta and pump out.
Used this for a water cooled 3090 that kept suffering from paste pump out and high hotspot deltas. Performs like paste after being reapplied a bunch of times (you are NOT supposed to do that.). Thing is I accidently broke my 3090 when applying this. Not the pads fault, I knocked off a component and procrastinated getting it sent for repairs for 1.5 years. Despite being reapplied multiple times, having a small crease and being left on the card for a long time. It still works quite close to thermal paste but with better hotspot temps. According to a YouTube review. Kryo sheet performs best on first application, on reapplication, it loses performance and basically turns into the cheaper carbonaut pads (which are reusable). My temps are fine so I'd agree. I'll update this review later to see if the temps got worse. My 3090 shouldn't have pump out or hotspot delta issues anymore -1 star for hurting my wallet and not being noob friendly.

Was looking for something else to try as thermal paste is very messy this works great Why did you choose this product over others?: As i said i was looking for something else other than thermal paste and cam across this Value for money: its a littlke pricey but in the long run your saving money as it never needs changing Size: It comes in a few sizes for different CPU types Make sure you do a little research to get the right size for your CPU type I got the 38x38 Which is perfect for AM4 Quality: Very good quality does the job well They are quite fragile so be careful Also unlike thermal paste they do conduct electricity so be careful not to drop it on any other part of your motherboard or you could end up with a fried motherboard

Easy to use
Found this so much easier to install than paste - no worry about is it too much or too little. Only just installed it so real test will be performance over time

cpu Kryosheet
first off this comes with zero instructions on how to install but no matter there are many videos out there showing how to do this so that bit is ok i would guess so i installed this on a intel 14700K processor and ran a all core cpu stress test using OCCT testing software test run was for 10minutes at around 3 minute mark the cpu hit 100c which is thermal throttling i stop the test removed the cooler which is a AIO NZXT Kraken 280mm to check the position of the sheet it was spot on covering all the IHS removed the sheet repasted some Artic MX-6 paste reran the same test which it completed and the temps using the thermal paste hit a Max of 85c not happy with the performance of this product expected far better than this and i would not recommend this over thermal best wished i could have but this did not work for me and was a complete waste of money

Expensive for what they are - probably not worth it over decent paste
Slightly less messy to apply than bog standard thermal paste, but still a little fiddly. They are incredibly delicate, mine started to tear slightly during a careful install - not enough to affect it but enough to be wary about the resilience. Perfectly adequate in thermal transfer, on a 9950x3D with an AIO, it maintains 50-70C depending on load - but not really any different to a decent thermal paste. Probably not really worth the cost

Excelente opción para refrigeración a largo plazo sin reemplazar.
Excelente opción para disipar el calor de CPUs y mas si no se quiere cambiar nuevamente en unos años. Usaba la Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut pero como tiene un alto indice de Pump-out Effect (al calentarse el CPU y enfriarse en ciclos de uso rapido, la pasta se desplaza desde el centro del IHS hacia los bordes) genera degradación rapida en el efecto de transferencia de calor. Decidí cambiarla por esta solución, lo cual hizo que mis temperaturas bajaran aproximadamente 5°C bajo carga sostenida y en pruebas de estres, lo cual no es mucho pero las temperaturas minimas si disminuyeron aun mas, de 57°C en idle pase a 46°C, ademas la respuesta al cambio de temperatura mejoro. Procesador AMD Ryzen 9 9950x3D, PBO Advanced, Limites AGESA Refrigeración Liquida: Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 420mm

Like good quality paste
It didn't lower temps more than, paste, fragile and gets cut easily, but supposedly as long as cooler is there (never removed after installation) it will last longer than paste.

Quite expensive. But worth it, especially that you can re-use it (I assume) and saves you the mess of thermal paste

Very good option over thermal grease
I have tried a couple of oversize versions of this thermal pad which required cutting to fit. That turned into a disaster each time. The pads simply broke up either when cut with scissors or when slid around to position it on the CPU. They are quite fragile but it was my fault on both occasions. I thought I'd give it one more go with the correct size for my CPU being back in stock. This pad came with a small tube of silicone (the others didn't) that assisted the pad the stay in place when placing it on the CPU. So, no cutting and no worrying about the pad sliding around on the CPU now that it had a drop of silicone to hold it in place. The thermals for the CPU (Ryzen 9950x3D) have dropped 1 degree from the thermal paste that was previously used ie 39 degrees down from 40 degrees while idling. Not a great deal of difference but the fact that I shouldn't have to worry about the thermal grease drying out over time is a bit of a consolation. Expensive when compared to thermal grease but peace of mind will make up for that (hopefully!). At this point I recommend the Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet Graphene Thermal Pad and would use it in the future.

La qualità è eccellente, il pad termico è fatto di grafene, un materiale che ha una straordinaria conducibilità termica. Il pad termico ha una dimensione di 38 x 38 mm e uno spessore di 0,2 mm, adatto per la maggior parte dei processori. Il pad termico è facile da applicare, basta rimuovere le pellicole protettive e posizionarlo tra il processore e il dissipatore. Il pad termico si adatta perfettamente alla superficie del processore, eliminando le eventuali fessure o irregolarità. Il pad termico trasferisce il calore in modo efficiente e costante, mantenendo il processore a una temperatura ottimale. Il pad termico non contiene componenti liquidi e non si secca nel tempo, garantendo una lunga durata. Ho confrontato questo pad termico con altri pad termici sul mercato, e devo dire che questo è il migliore in termini di qualità, prezzo e funzionalità. Altri pad termici hanno una conducibilità termica inferiore, una dimensione inadatta, una consistenza troppo rigida o troppo morbida. Questo pad termico invece offre tutto quello che si può desiderare da un pad termico, è in grafene, adattabile e duraturo. In conclusione, sono molto contento di questo acquisto, il pad termico ha migliorato la dissipazione del calore del mio processore e ha aumentato le sue prestazioni.
