Lily England Black Detangling Brush for Beard & Scalp - Unisex Hair Brush

I really love this brush! I have naturally curly long hair that I switch between blow drying/straightening and leaving curly, often throwing up in a messy bun for ease, which at times can leave my hair tangly and a pain to brush out, especially before washing. I’ve used my trusty Denman classic for years which I love, but wanted something a little more gentle especially on extra tangly days, I also have arthritis in my hands so like something easy to grip. I chose this brush and am very happy I did, it glides through my hair even when I feel it’s knotty and gets all the tangles out with ease, it’s gentle enough to use on wet or dry hair without ripping or damaging my hair at all! The design is great and it’s easy to hold/grip even when my hands are hurting and stiff/ swollen, I don’t need to pull or tug, it’s very comfortable for my scalp and in my hands. It also came with a matching detangling comb which is great for using with conditioner in the shower. I love the rose gold colour too. ☺️ Overall I’m very impressed with this brush it’s quality is just as good if not better than its famous competitor, it detangles my hair easily and gently and is excellent value for money! I’m now also getting one for my daughter who has thick very long hair as I’m certain it will be perfect for her too. Highly recommended. ✨

Excellent brush. I have medium length hair. It's thick and quite unruly. This brush deals with it very successfully. It's also great value for money. Would definitely recommend.

I have long, very thick, fine hair that tangles incredibly easily. My hair requires brushing multiple times a day, everytime being a laborious task, it's essentially a practice in separating sections, working bottom to top in a bid to not ripping my hair out of my scalp, generally to great failure no matter how carefully I do it. I previously purchased a tangle teezer and this brush caught my eye because the description said you can brush wet and dry hair with it. My tangle teezer lasted only a few months before all bristles gave up the ghost and we're splayed out, practically useless. So I got the brush and tried it on dry hair first. It was AMAZING, already proving better that the the named brand. My hair actually detangled and ready for this.......STAYED detangled, even after a night's sleep it was noticeably less tangled the following morning. Then came the real task! Wet hair........ Yes it does takes time, but miracles do happen and it worked! Obviously, brushing wet hair does cause more hair to tear out than brushing dry hair did, but significantly less than brushing with the tangle teezer, and my hair is far smoother and shinier after a blow-dry. The grip of the brush is also very smooth, though as I use oil on my hair it can be difficult getting a good hold on it whilst having remaining residue in your hands. All in all I can't recommend this brush highly enough. I am so impressed by it's functionality. I just wish I discovered sooner and saved my pennies as this is far better than the bigger named brands.

Bought this for my partner and she’s been really happy with it. It goes through hair much easier than a normal brush and doesn’t pull or tug anywhere near as much, especially when used on wet hair. The flexible bristles make a big difference and feel gentle on the scalp, which is great if you’ve got thicker hair or hair that knots easily. It works well on both wet and dry hair, so it’s handy to keep around after showers or for quick touch-ups. The colour is nice too – bright without looking cheap – and it feels comfortable to hold. Simple product, but it does exactly what it’s meant to. Definitely a good buy if you want something gentle and easy to use.

i do kind of like this, i've had problems finding a good hairbrush for my long and wild hair so when this came up in my suggestions i was quite excited to buy it. There are two different lengths of bristles which i think is the reason why it's so good and gentle at untangling hair. It's very very light, has a pretty design (although the colours could be improved - imho i would ONLY recommend the rose gold). It's also very easy to clean due to the fact that it doesnt have a cushion base or ball bristles to trap in dirt/dust etc. However the biggest design fault is it not having some sort of grip on the handle because it\s effectively useless in the shower. I also wonder how long it will take for the brush's colour (which has a mirror-like quality to it) to diminish or scratch off, and it's a couple of quid more expensive than other hairbrush brands (tresemme, denman, it's even more expensive than the tangle teaser which is effectively the same but has no handle, making it easier to throw in your handbag). In the end i do like it but i think mostly these are being sold because they are 'trendy' colours but like i said, on the screen they are one thing but in person i really didnt like any of them except the rose gold. If you're not bothered about colours then theres the exact same brush being sold at almost half the price by FM London here on amazon, only it's plain black. Otherwise if i could choose again i'd go for a tangle teezer, just because it functions exactly the same at a similar but cheaper price and doesn't have an awkward handle to make life difficult in the shower.

I bought this brush exactly one year back and it works just as good today. No breakage of any of the teeth. It is very helpful to get rid of tangles in wet or even dry hair. My girls make sure I use this brush before using the regular comb as it hurts less for clearing tangled hair. Would definitely recommend it.

Amazing brush! My daughter has a sensitive head and brushing can be a real problem. This brush is sturdy but still gentle. The ingenious design of the bristles allows it to get tangles out of the hair without the pain of yanking or pulling them out like other brushes. Pain level is zero! The handle takes a bit of getting used to, but its design allows you to hold the brush steadily using different grips. All in all love it so much I bought a second one for me. Highly recommend!
