I purchased the iBELL thermal rice cooker recently and overall I’m satisfied with the product. The rice cooks well and comes out soft and properly done. It is easy to use and helps save gas since it continues cooking without constant flame. It also keeps the food hot for a long time, which is very useful.

Very good product

The pot lid is very loose. It's not suitable for filtering rice from water. I've called multiple times for warranty registration, but the customer care number isn't picking up.
