Stopped working suddenly 😕

It's been almost a year since I got this Suri electric toothbrush, I am still pleased with my purchase as it makes sense to me as someone who travels regularly, let me tell you why. The brush and the case are slim, made of quality materials and lightweight, I brush twice a day every day and it holds it's charge power. I have gone 40 days without needing to charge it. Even if I did need to while travelling I can use a usb-c cord with the phone charger and plug it directly into the case with the brush inside and use the UV disinfection light at the same time. The bristles are plant based made of so I am not worried about microplastics, I change them every 3 months as recommended, but they don't wear out that quickly at all despite being made from castor oil! But let me tell you what is the most important thing about this brush for me. I went to the dentist last month for my check up, after initial inspection of my pearly whites the first thing he said was "Your teeth are very clean, well done!" I didn't need any further treatment. What else is there to say? (okay I also use a waterpik to floss before brushing when I am not travelling, but that's not the point)

I never write reviews but this toothbrush is worth it. After a visit to the dentist they recommended an electric brush. Having been repeatedly disappointed in the past with oral B etc, terrible battery life and batteries that don’t last long, I gave this a shot. I still haven’t charged it and it’s been over a month since I bought it. Also, it seems to be keeping the problem area plaque free as well, which is why an electric was recommended, so the sonic tech does seem to work. The case is also sturdy and well made and great for travelling and the cleaning function is really cool. A very good brush indeed! UPDATE: The toothbrush has stopped working altogether and that's about 1.5 years use, which I don't think is really that good for the money. The charging light on the brush itself stopped working after about 6 months so there's definitely some quality control issues here that need addressing. UPDATE: Bought another and when i had issues with that there were no issues with replacing the brush. I would still recommend this brush to anyone. My gf bought one for everyone in her family after using mine!

What a fabulous toothbrush! From the moment I opened the box, I just knew this was a great purchase. It does have a really classy feel to it. I love the weight of the slimline handle/body and the heads are small and gentle. I love the travelling case, and with the UV cleaning function and a very long charge time it gives it a real edge for travelling. Delighted that it charges with a USB - very sensible indeed! And now the important bit. The actual brushing function itself. It's an experience! (I like the timing function - that's very useful indeed). The sonic brushing, though! WOW! What a difference it makes! Honestly, I thought my previous toothbrush was good, but it doesn't hold a candle to my Suri - my teeth genuinely feel so clean! And it's just naturally so gentle on my gums! I am absolutely sure my teeth also look cleaner since I've been using my Suri. Every time I use it, I just love it a bit more. My nearest and dearest have been fully informed, on several occasions, of its awesomeness. There's so much attention to detail in it. From function, to looks right through to the sustainability and recycling aspect, this is, in my opinion, a tip-top toothbrush. Well worth the price tag - I think it's excellent value. Honestly, I highly recommend this product.

This is my first Sonic toothbrush. Bought in June 2024. (5 months ago) Overall I was happy with the sonic action on this brush, I felt my teeth were cleaner with less effort than a standard manual action toothbrush. I did suffer some sensitivity to start with but this passed after a few days on use. The size and ergonomics of the brush are nice, easy to hold and comfortable. The brush today started turning itself on while on the magnetic wall holder. Clearly a fault, probably water getting into the electrical parts through the button, which I can see has been mentioned in other reviews too. Charge time and battery life seem decent. *update* updated to 4*, customer service is exceptional, a new toothbrush was sent out at no cost. This company genuinely cares and I would recommend. New brush has been working fine for several months now.

This brush is very well designed, especially compared the the Philips brushes I've been using for the last twenty years. It cleans better and does not seem to slow down as the battery drains. The charging case is small and great for travelling. It fits together so very snugly. I also love the fact you can just charge it with a phone charger, having to drag a separate charger around for my old Philips brush is such a bad design and waste of resources. It has worked flawlessly for the first month and the brush head sows no sign of wearing out (unlike the old Philips ones which needed changing after a month). Edit - six months of use and still really pleased with this toothbrush. The heads last me (heavy handed) around six weeks, so not too bad. It is just such a good design.
