Bought these as a sleep aid. There are no instructions with them, they are quite big and chalky so don't know if they should be swallowed or chewed or when to take them. Emailed the company but Amazon said the email couldn't be delivered so am none the wiser. Tried taking 2 before bed and had an even worse nights sleep than usual!!
