I got this brace because I previously subluxed my patella and now it has a tendency to sublux or dislocate quite easily when I exercise. I run regularly, do obstacle course racing, and do quite a bit of high impact exercise so being out of commission for a knee reinjury is a major impact on my lifestyle. I've tried several knee braces both inexpensive and quite pricey. This fairly inexpensive brace (comparatively) is my favorite. I just wore it for a Spartan Super (through mud, water, rough terrain, and many difficult obstacles) and it held my kneecap in place wonderfully. After getting wet, it didn't shift or get overly waterlogged. It was very easy to make small tightning or loosening adjustments during the race. As a bounus, because it's quite small, it was very easy to clean so it's ready for more exercise!

This is the best brace ever! I never write comments but wanted everyone to know! I had recently dislocated my patella and this holds my knee cap in place, reduces pain, is some how comfortable and best of all I can climb in it!

I think the product is good, but we , customers, are so different. My body is very sensitive and did not react well to the stiffness of the brace, neither to its fabric.

If the C support was made of silicone, maybe I would have kept, in spite of the stitches on the back of the knee being very uncomfortable, but with both bothersome issues, I gave it up.

This works okay it was not particularly comfortable maybe try larger size. Like the patellar support though.

I got this for my daughter to finish out her kickball season. After her knee kept continously popping out of place, and then being told she would have to have surgery. She was told that she could finish out the season as long as she wore a brace. She played a full weekend tournament winning 1st place and about 6 games. She also won 1st place in her division. This brace helped her out so much, she had way more confidence in putting weight on her knee. Definitely would recommend this to others!!!

My physical therapist recommended this specific knee brace for me after a lateral patella dislocation 2 months ago. I was skeptical based on reviews, but it’s the least bulky brace I could find for a decent price. More skeptical taking the package from the mailbox based on how light it was. So disappointed as soon as I opened it, you can tell how cheaply made it is. I am 5’2” 120 lbs, the brace fit okay but the opening for the kneecap was entirely to small and the “supporting” piece (which is made from some version of Styrofoam) is not properly aligned so it goes over the opening and pushes on my kneecap causing pain before even strapping it in all the way. You cannot adjust the opening to move it over slightly for the support to be where it should be, and it does not sit flush against the side of the leg when strapped. Feels like an overpriced Wish.com item, could’ve gotten better quality for cheaper. Almost immediately submitted for return and will tel doc to never recommend this again.
