Quit working after less than a year!
Hasn’t even been a full year since purchasing, and it no longer works. I’ve tried troubleshooting and nothing. It was perfect when it was working, but to all of a sudden stop working is disheartening!

Stopped working.
I wanted to love this, because when it works, it works SO well! But not no more, it leaked scalding water on my last client, then I just had to cancel another $75 appt. It’s like the stream backs up but the device. Lasted only 4 months! No thanks.

Damaged upon opening
A little disappointed because after assembling, I noticed a piece was chipped. I don’t have enough time to return and receive a NÉW shipment before my first client. I hope it works- I’ll update the review if it doesn’t work.

Steamer shuts off after a minute of running. I’ve tried using it several times with the same result.
