Perfect for my pocket doors that don’t stay shut. I don’t have to use the annoying locks and the door will stay closed now.

These things are the bomb. I have a pocket door that needs to stay closed despite the efforts of pets and small children. I put a latch on it, but within a year or so of frequent use - the latch broke. This was a very easy install and totally solves the problem. The magnets are strong enough to hold the door against the efforts of animals and small kids but relatively easy for an adult to open. I do think this might be hard for the frail or elderly to open. My wife occasionally has to give it a second tug to break it loose. But if you have normal army strength, this works like a charm.

Pretty easy to install these, I did have these in mine for a pocket door since it doesn’t stay closed without locking it. Unfortunately these didn’t work for it since the magnetism was pretty strong But for other applications needing these definitely recommend

There is a large older 8ft tall IKEA closet type thing upstairs in my bungalow that was built and left by a previous tenant but it isn't wide enough for the doors to fully close with all my suits and shirts hanging in it. So I needed a solution that would force the doors closed and stay closed. These magnets worked perfectly and they are pretty strong. After replacing the IKEA handles with metal ones I just used the provided screws and screwed in the plates on the top and bottom of the large closet doors and...problem solved! Now the doors click closed and don't bulge out anymore looking sloppy. The magnetic force does require some effort to open them up but with a quick pull they pop open. Note: If you don't intend to screw the magnets and plates into your cabinet/closet door(s) then I don't think these will work for your needs. I highly doubt the adhesive stickers would be able to stand up to repeated use considering how strong the magnetic hold is.

I bought these for an undercounter spice rack my husband installed in our kitchen. He had tried some round smaller magnets, but they weren't strong enough to hold up the rack containing over 20 spice jars. Let me tell you these magnets are strong, almost too string. I don't have to worry about the spice tray fall open at all. In fact, I have to give it a good pull to it open.

Magnets are strong enough but the included screws are a nightmare. I'm going to keep the product because the slim design, good machining on the magnets, strength of magnets, etc. I'm deducting a few stars because the screws strip so easily that, a) it's impossible to get them all the way, and b) even if I got it in, I have no clue if it'd be possible to get it out one day. Just going to head to the hardware store to see if I can find a better screw that still fits to salvage it.

Works perfectly for keeping my entryway closet mirror doors closed. My dog used to push them open with her nose and get into the closet, but this has completely solved the problem. The magnet is surprisingly strong and holds the doors securely in place.

Brilliant cabinet catches. Needed something to keep my wardrobe doors closed but without being too strong. These were perfect. Very easy to fit and the perfect amount of strong magnetic strength to keep my overflowing wardrobe doors closed, but still easily opened. Came with plenty of screws, plus some extra spare ones. Immediately ordered a second set of 4 magnetic catches to keep as spares in case I needed some on anything else.

Worked very well to keep my dual pocket doors from opening too easily. Our dog would nose at the doors and it would open up allowing her into the office. I used only one set, but two sets of magnets would have been even stronger to keep the dual pocket doors from shifting open or my dog’s nose from opening them. No complaints, strong enough magnets!
