It is good to use during the day to prevent plagiocephaly. Our baby also likes when we put it on the couch and lie him on it next to us. Great product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid purchase, great having two pillowcases *by S***T on April 19, 2018* Our baby was having issues with a loaded skull and this was one of the things we used to help. While this pillow in no way "fixed" it, I do think it helped prevent it from getting worse when combined with it other efforts (like laying then on the opposite side and turning their head).I also appreciated that this pillow came with two covers because this is for a baby and if it's going to get any use it's going to need to be washed. However, I do wish the cars were a bit more resilient to machine washing since I do not have time to painstakingly wash this kind of thing by hand and the stitching on the back has already begun to come apart (nothing terrible or dangerous just a little disappointing). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend it! *by Z***P on October 8, 2017* We had a great experience with this pillow.
