Edit: We complained as below and the team was really prompt and delivered us a new one immediately. My daughter is really enjoying the activity. It really keeps them engaged and its fun. Old review: 3 sheets did not have proper etching due to which it was a waste. Attached pictures. My daughter already did 3 sheets after which we found out the defective ones so no replacement.
