BLISTER PREVENTION TAPE

Actually sticky! Went on an 8 hour hike! No blisters and the tape was still intact!

It helps to prevent blisters on my toes. It sticks well. A little too well that leaves that sticky reside on my toenails. It’s better to stick well than not so it’s a good thing. It’s meant for the bottom of your foot but I use it in other parts of my feet. I cut it in half sometimes to do that. Worked out great so far.

This tape does it’s job, but in my experience it doesn’t last long. I prefer leukotape, and in terms of durability and thickness, my experience has been exponentially better. The nice thing about this tape is it comes with a small and light waterproof case. It’s easy to throw in a pack, and stays dry and clean. This is perfect for day hike or light overnight. But if looking for blister solutions for longer thru hikes, I would recommend looking elsewhere! I used this tape while hunting. Temps were warm and terrain was steep - this led to some sweat inside of boots and lots of side hilling. While the tape did okay on flats with some sweat, when the foot/boots were facing torque side hilling, the tape would peel up and stick to my socks. This is my experience- the tape may be great at lower temps and less challenging terrain.

Bought this for a hiking trip and saw a noticeable difference when used at the start of a blister compared to not using it. Lost one star since it didn't quite stick/stay in place as another blister tape I've used in the past, but did the job for the most part. Would purchase again.

These are a perfect size for my son's feet. They stay in place and are helping to reduce the friction inside both his soccer cleats and basketball shoes. No irritation to his skin and no leftover residue after removal. Good value for the money!

I bought this for a hiking trip I went on recently and I’m telling you it was a godsend. My toes got a little beat up (two blisters) about a week before our trip so I bought this just in case. I really, really appreciated that it was pre-cut. The size was just about right to wrap around my toes. And because we had to fly to get to our hiking destination, that meant I didn’t need to carry scissors with me. My skin can be somewhat sensitive to adhesive if I have to wear a band-aid for several days in a row, but I didn’t have any issues with this. I think I wore 1-3 pieces of blister tape on my toes/heel/feet every day for 2 weeks. It feels very thin, so it didn’t bother my feet while in my hiking shoes. I had no issues with the tape peeling off during the day either. I also really liked the little carrying case it came in. Would definitely buy again.

I purchased these thinking they would be stretchy like Ktape, they are not. Honestly to me they are just overpriced bandaids. I don't see any advantage to them over a regular bandage. I am using them but will not repurchase.

Last time I was in NYC for work the first day I ended up with 2 blisters on the bottom of each foot from my socks moving inside my shoes and rubbing without me even feeling it until I got to my hotel room that night. Then I was miserable for the remainder of the week and had no choice but to continue wearing the same shoes or boots that had caused the problem! A friend recommended this tape because she had used it at Disney so I got it before my most recent trip and it totally saved me! I put the tape on my feet where my feet are still peeling two months later from the blisters last time and walked around the city for five days straight without any problems. The tape stayed in place inside my shoes every day and once I even forgot all about it and it stayed on all night while I slept. This stuff stays put and protects your feet. The precut strips make it easy to use and travel with. It’s not too thick or thin. It’s comfortable inside your shoes and socks and just works perfectly. I’ve told basically everyone about it. If you even think your shoes might rub or you’re going more walking than usual better safe than sorry.

I suffer terribly from heel blisters when I wear sneakers, no matter what I wear or what I do......this pre-cut tape has solved the problem, along with some great new socks I bought on Amazon too. I walked two hours today and not a single hint of a blister forming on either foot. Highly recommend and will definitely buy again!
