Amazing customer service!
I experienced delayed shipping over thanksgiving-December. I contacted LR to figure out what was going on & within the same day I received an email stating my item would be out by the next day. I thought it was absolutely sweet to include free herbs + stones! The seat is so comfy and way better than my diy cushion! Definitely will be purchasing more!
