Very simple easy install
Great price , in my opinion a great shifter easy to install . Works great and as it should . This came with all parts needed for immediate install .

Brands is consistent as was the Shimano product
The Shimano Tiagra shifter was a replacement for the original that broke. (Yes, the little gears turned in the shifter and no amount of solvent changed that it would not shift up, to a larger gear. Tried for two days and two solvents.) Installed effortlessly and with a little tension and adjustments was working perfectly. Rode today without too much anxiety. No hiccups and did not have to walk home in 94F weather.Shifter is much easier to use than the original. Very clean pull and no added tension. Seems lighter will see how it does over time.My ONLY gripe is finding a set would have been nicer and allowed for a smoother upgrade.
