Take with me on hikes, especially when the weather gets warmer. Is effective as an electrolyte replenishment to keep up with adequate hydration. I like that it isn’t sweet tasting. .

Tastes great- weird packaging.
These taste great and seem to hydrate well. The individual packaging gets a little funky/starts to peel quickly.

Would give a 5 star if it were a little less expensive. The no sugar content is what drew me in to purchase and it still tastes great. Not like some other hydration multipliers that can have salinity, this is nice and makes getting your ounces in easy. Make sure you mix it well bc it’s strong if you get a chunk of it, but it does dissolve nicely, this was “user error” on my part :) felt increased hydration and energy and enhanced recovery. Trying to get more water intake in 2025 and this helps!

Breastfeeding mommas
This is fantastic for moms who need hydration. I mix this with 40 oz of water. Flavor is still there. Any less and it’s super salty understandably so being that it has nearly 50% of your sodium intake. Don’t let that scare you. I rarely ever reach my sodium intake for the day. It’s a much needed item in my case.
