My husband has a cervical injury that he has to get injections for, so you can imagine how important getting the right pillow can be. He like this one mainly for the cooling feel to it and says it supports his head and neck in the right positions to keep him from hurting all through the night or in the morning. I would not say this is a very thick pillow. It may be when you first get it, however after a few months it gets a little flatter. Not flat enough that your head sinks all the way to the bed, just a little bit where you probably won't even notice. The memory foam in it is pretty soft and bounces back when you squeeze it. It is more of a soft, comfortable memory foams and not like the really stiff ones that they use to make, blah! Overall it is not a bad choice. However, the BEST memory foam pillow you could ever get would be a Royal Therapy pillow. We wanted to get another one instead of this because we know how well they work and how heavenly they feel. Unfortunately they are high priced pillow and we couldn't afford 2 at the time. They are worth every penny though. They are sold through Amazon if you want to check them out, you won't regret it.

I’m all about sharing. There are a couple things that I won’t share: dessert, my toothbrush, and most importantly, my pillow. After mouthing off a few expletives, I grabbed the next nearest pillow. It was flat, there is no support, and I can’t believe I paid good money for it. So after having a few horrible nights of sleep, I decided to purchase this contour pillow. I’m so glad I did. It fits my head perfectly. I can sleep again.

This pillow provides good support to my neck while sleeping on my back, preventing numbness in my arm from my pinched nerve in my neck. I still can’t sleep on my side well yet, but it is better.

I enjoyed this pillow. It’s not super thick. I saw someone else say it’s too high for them but I’m 5’2 and I haven’t had any issues with it being too high. I definitely recommend putting it in a pillowcase so you don’t get hot so quickly. It bounces right back to its original shape as soon as you get up. It’s a bit wider than your average pillow but for me as a stomach sleeper with a CPAP, that’s fine with me. I’ve slept a lot better so far and my neck isn’t hurting. I do recommend putting another pillow under it because it feels a bit low to me. I recommend it though

I recently purchased this memory pillow, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The cooling gel really does work and it's a very coolingConAt 5.3 inches high the neck higher side was too high for my neck I'm 5 ft 4 in and I found it pushed up my neck a lot even after a couple of days it did not really softenThe low side is way too low and pushes your chin towards your neck when you sleep so that's not worth using it all It's not just low it's the shape of it If the higher side is opposite your neck then it's going to push your neck down so I don't see the point of offering two sides when one side really cannot do what it's supposed to do which is cradle your neck gapI was really excited for it but I had to return it!

WOW buy it! I did a lot of research on pillows for head and neck - ultimately went with this one because I wanted a standard pillow case to be able to go on top of the pillow. I just spent my first night on it and my entire body feels better - from my hips and back and most notably my neck! I woke up twice last night and couldn’t believe how good my head felt and almost cried but instead just went right back to sleep. For the price and the comfort I am blown away! Great value, plush and full of pain relief!
