The 3 mag pouches are perfect, I use one for my mag, one for search gloves and my radio fits perfectly in the other one. I use the phone pouch and store some Ifak items in the zip up area. Only downfall, I've had it for 2 months and the velcro on the phone pouch some how fluffed and no longer connects. I open the pouch maybe 3 or 4 times a day. Other than that.
