It was easy to assemble, it has a nice clean look to it, and best of all it provides the shade that is very much needed for the cars during the hot summers.I did not like how I bought my first shade one day at a price of about $152 and within a few days it jumped up to $200+ with taxes. I was so disappointed how fast the prices increased and for no other reason than the passing of days. I carelessly opened the box with a box cutter and sliced the tarp as there were no warnings and how to open the box. So the tarp and numerous cuts when opened. I completed the assembly and proceeded to patch all the slices. I then contacted customer service and they replaced the tarp for only a nominal shipping charge even though it was my fault. The CSR, Ivy, was courteous and professional. This was an unexpected result as I was prepared to purchase an unbranded replacement tarp. This is what I would say was above and beyond and I am very pleased.
