110v kettle - beware if you have 230v mains power
Shouldn't sell this kettle to places that don't have 110v mains. It's dangerous

WASTE OF MONEY, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I purchased this item last year for $100, and always washed it by hand. The plastic piece on top is just glued together and overtime doesn't have a good seal. Water gets inside and molds with no way to clean it. I reached out to the company to see if I could purchase a replacement piece as the kettle works perfectly and you'd expect more than a year of use from it. They do not want to replace it or let me buy a new part! They want me to buy a whole new kettle which is now $250. You'd think with the increased profit margin they could afford to replace a small plastic part. Not impressed.

This is one perfect, hard working tea pot — at least that’s how I’m using it. It boils very fast (at highest setting) and all I do is drop in the supplied stainless emergervwith loose tea into the top of the pot and time the steep. Perfect tea. I do pour any leftover tea from breakfast into a clean pitcher for iced tea later. Keeps the pot from staining. Has a limited time (30 minutes) keep warm feature too.

Beautiful, easy to use, everything you need to keep your favorite tea warm. Brewes perfectly with different temperature selections! Love the keep warm option. Excellent tea making machine!

Tea Kettle worked great for a month, brewed quickly, flavor disbursed well. Then it was plugged in, press button to start, tripped breaker in house. Tried several other plugs throughout the kitchen & other locations in the house, with the same issue. Not sure if this is just fluke and one item kind of problem? But needless to say, we can't use it anymore.
