I case it's not obvious, this casing is collagen and not natural intestines. With that said, it was easy to work with, strong enough, yet very edible. I used it to make pepperoni and the 2" size was perfect.

I did not expect this too big to make my sausage I just wasted this. I give 3 star because it was good casing it just not what I expected.

The casings were too fragile and tore easily. Holes formed while filling them, which made them difficult to use.
