Love, Love, Love this product!!! If you have a fireplace insert with glass, this is the product you need. My husband has been using an industrial glass cleaner for years on our insert and most the time he had to get a razor blade to get the tar and smoke build up off the windows. Plus it would leave an awful smell the first few minutes we burned a fire the next time. But not this stuff. He sprayed it on, let it set a few minutes and off went a month's worth of build up to a shiny, clear window. There's no smell even once the fire is going. It's so great to be able to see the flames and not just a weird glow.

Overall it did a decent job of taking off the soot from the glass door of my woodburning fireplace insert, but it did nothing for the baked on stuff. I watched 2 videos from previous customer reviews and one showed the stuff coming off with no problem, but the other video was not very clear at showing the removal of the soot. So I thought I would give it a try anyway, but it wasn't as great as I had hoped it would be.

This worked perfect!! I had to clean a couple of years worth of black suite off the window on our wood burning fireplace. I was shocked how well it worked. Worth the money.

Simply does not work to remove or even soften soot/creasote buildup on glass fireplace doors. I’ve had glass doors on multiple fireplaces over 40 years. This product is by far the worst I’ve ever tried.

We clean our fireplace glass every morning. This spray works decent, but we still need to use a good razor blade to really clean the glass. This spray softens the build up better than ammonia. Doesn’t dissolve the carbon buildup as advertised

I can’t say enough about this product. It is absolutely an excellent product. It does exactly what it says it will do. I have been using it on the glass to the fireplace, perfect job in cleaning the glass. And it does it with ease. So today, I decided to try it on my glass stove, and I followed the directions for the glass stove. The top of my stove looks like the day it was delivered. Not a smear nor a haze was present. It looked like a sheet of glass. I have tried many other products on my stove but this surpasses all of them. You cannot go wrong with this product and I highly recommend it!

Some previous reviews said it removed the white haze off the glass. I went over it several times using the scrub and buffing cloth. However, it did not remove it. It does look better than it was but I can’t recommend it for removing the white film on the glass. I saw another product that said it would do that, but the chemicals looked to be very strong and I was hoping not to need it.

I was skeptical but it managed to removed baked in sooth on the first try, the ceramic glass of the wood burning insert look better than new.

Does a great job of cleaning up the fireplace glass. Have a few tough spots but nothing a little elbow grease and a scrub daddy didn't work on.
