Of the three books I have bought this is the best. It met my expectations but not my hopes. Windows 10 is hard work. It has been designed as a "one fits all operating system" which is a bad mistake in my view. For a desk top computer one wants a desk top operating system. XP was perfect and should still be available in my opinion!I would not recommend anyone to change from XP or 7 to 10.

To those understanding computers, this is a very good book and to ninety nine percent of the population an aid to Windows 10. However, if like myself you are very senior and a bit of a dummy it is probably not as straightforward as I might have hoped, but that should not deflect from the content aimed to assist everyone owning a Windows 10 system. Recommended to the more knowledgeable than myself.

I think this is a great series of books. Clear and easy to understand - though I have yet to work my way through it.

It does what it says, explains simple (to some) basics to those who were born in the pre-computer era.

Really good in beginning but Windows 10 keeps updating and changing things so things little different and keep changing but still useful.

Very few tutorials can avoid using jargon that they take it for granted the reader understands - I remain a luddite

not studied yet but flicking through it appears to deal with stuff I need to check out - given time
