Nice product, good quality mattress. A bit softer than I had expected, but it is quite comfortable. (-) There is an issue of being too soft on the edges - if I sit close to the edge of mattress, then there is no support and it sinks in. (-) A 12 inch mattress is also very thick, so it increases the bed height a lot. (+) On positive side, the latex mattress is cooler than a regular mattress. It is very comfortable to sleep on. (+) Delivery was on time, and the packing was very good. (+) My overall experience is very good. It is very much worth the price.

This item is such a piece of junk, it wasted both my time and my money. I got completely ripped off. I bought four of them, and all that money went to waste.
