These are great! My physical therapist recommended these as I use them when I'm with him and these are so versatile. My whole family uses them for a variety of exercises. Stay in place. Easy to use, comfortable, easy fit. Great resistance for options.

very strong bands i recommend! these really work not too weak they should sort of work against you so you have to work for your workout! these do that simple movements like fire hydrants will make you sweat plus the colors are nice the black grey and light grey are nice!

The quality of the product is really great. I wish I could adjust the bands because depending on your weight there may not necessarily be enough resistance.

Perfect! Exactly what I was looking for...lot's of resistance and they don't slide down your legs or stick to your skin or get bunched up in anyway. Love the colours and levels of resistance and comes with nice mesh carrying case:)

Well made. Thick, wide and very comfortable. You can really see it was strongly reinforced, to prevent wearing and splitting. They feel great.

Very durable

Have been using these bands for a bit now. Good for what I’ve been using them for. Was using the physiotherapy bands before and miss the stretch of them but happy that these won’t snap on me.
